For those who have failed in their semester exams and also in the re evaluation, dont lose hope. The review is there as a last chance to pass. But it is costly as you need to pay Rs.3000 for each subject and also you need to get the paper evaluated by your college teacher who took that subject for you. And another point that is to be noted is only people who applied for Rs.700 re evaluation and got their xerox sheets can apply for review.
